  Steve and Sarah who run the Hangar with Bob their own Igor/tech are an absolute breath of fresh air in the world of Hi-fi sales. None of that stuffy nonsense that you can find at some places. Steve has great knowledge and his straight talking borderline painfully honest appraisals is a welcome change. The retro room is just that, a trip back to the decades of the 50's 60's where vintage hifi is demonstrated from a G-plan unit in a room with cork walls and prints like Tretchikoff's Miss Wong hang on the wall. Nothing I can write here will do this place justice it's an experience you need to have for yourself. Pop in and have a look.

  What an extremely helpful bunch of people! They made me a very fair offer for some of my hifi. which I accepted, and although I was possibly in the market for some new stuff there was absolutely no pressure to buy. At last, an establishment run by enthusiasts and not just salepeople! I thoroughly enjoyed talking to them and will definitely go there again. Thanks for all of the helpful advice.
